Great Condo

Sea Haven Condominiums is a great place to stay during a family vacation. It's extremely close to the beach, the pool is very nice and it's close to St Augustine and several restaurants.

Great location with priceless views. Unit had everything you could possibly need. Location to beach and pool were just great. Waking up to the ocean view every day was just beautiful. Beds were all comfortable as well. Super clean spot which is always important to me and my family. Would definitely rent again based on amenities and location.

Paradise at 'Haven'

The condo was exactly as shown in the photos. Nice size and decor. It was great having 2 and 1/2 bathrooms as well. The view from inside the condo was gorgeous, direct oceanfront. Only a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. The covered porch was really nice & had good seating. The condo also came equipped with three beach chairs and other beach items, which was a great surprise since there was 3 of us staying there. The kitchen was stocked incredibly well. Loved how everything was labeled. I also do quite a bit of cooking when on vacation & typically find the kitchens to be disappointing. But 113 Sea Haven had everything you could hope for and more. There was even a nice choice of spices, coffee & tea. Absolutely loved the coffee bar. The condo community was small and felt more private that some of the other larger communities. It was nice and quiet as well. While we didn't use the pool, it was located in the center of the complex and very easy to access. Kathy and the staff were very responsive when a couple things came up... shower door was off the track, for example. It was fixed quickly the next business day. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the bath/beach towels as well as the linens and pillows for all beds. The condo is too nice and priced high enough to warrant higher quality items in those areas. Otherwise, it was perfect. Would absolutely stay in this condo unit again.

Perfect beach vacation rental

We switched to this unit after staying in another unit for three summers. The previous unit went downhill every year in terms of basic upkeep and cleanliness. This unit is super clean and well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and everything is in working order. The owner has conveniently labeled many cabinets so you can easily find what you need, and have no question as to where things belong after being used. We were so happy with our stay that we came back home and booked this unit again for next summer.

Sea Haven is a wonderful complex. It is right on the beach, the pool is easily accessible and the property is clean and well maintained. Unit 113, however, wasn't the best one we've ever stayed in. The unit was clean, had all the amenities we needed and has an amazing view of the ocean. The unit could use some updating and a little maintenance though. The dishwasher wasn't working properly, the freezer doesn't close all the way and the sliding glass door out to the balcony was very hard to open and close because the door handle was hanging on by a thread. We called the office about the door, left a message and never got a response. We were able to make the door work, but by the end of the week, the handle ended up coming off completely. The decor was pretty drab and the downstairs just seemed dark. It didn't have the beachy feel that you usually get in a beach rental. Lastly, the mattress in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable for us. It affected our sleep and I woke up with back pain every morning. All these negatives didn't ruin our trip, not by a long-shot. I just mention all these things so that prospective renters know what they could be in for. There are several units in the complex that are more comfortable and better maintained, and for the price we paid, we would have hoped for better. We would choose this unit again if it was the last one available because the complex is nice and the location is good, but we have already booked for next year and we chose a different unit within Sea Haven. FYI... the photos on the website do not match the way the unit looks now (different furniture, decor, etc.)

Our stay was wonderful.

Our stay was wonderful. We arrived late but were notified of late check in process, which was quite easy. Our unit was exactly as described. Everything was clean with more than adequate accommodation. We were surprised with the extras such as beach chairs and umbrellas for our use. The unit was well labeled with instructions and security/access codes. Our beds were comfortable with wonderful views. We plan to return next year and bring additional family. Thanks for making this stay great!

We enjoyed our stay for the most part, but the condo could use some updating. Fixtures, doors, cabinets were somewhat "dated". The "pull-out" couch was not suitable for sleeping at all. There were areas that weren't cleaned very well (baseboards, around the tub & showers). Upon arrival, there was no toilet paper in one bathroom, dishes left in the dishwasher, & a random sock in the upstairs bedroom. Our family had a great time-we travelled with other family that rented two other condos that were in much nicer condition. We would stay at this property again, but not this particular condo.

We enjoyed our vacation

We enjoyed our vacation at Sea Haven 113. The condo was bright and the view stunning. The grounds beautifully maintained. We loved the putting green and the pool. And the bunnies we saw nearly every day in the dunes. The only unpleasant part of our stay was a very nasty downstairs neighbour. A full time resident, she was quite rude and seemed to dislike having a quiet, friendly and respectful renter above her for nine nights. James, also a time resident a few doors down was warm and welcoming by contrast. We would consider staying at Sea Haven again, just not above Miss Bitchy.
