Sea Haven is a wonderful complex. It is right on the beach, the pool is easily accessible and the property is clean and well maintained. Unit 113, however, wasn't the best one we've ever stayed in. The unit was clean, had all the amenities we needed and has an amazing view of the ocean. The unit could use some updating and a little maintenance though. The dishwasher wasn't working properly, the freezer doesn't close all the way and the sliding glass door out to the balcony was very hard to open and close because the door handle was hanging on by a thread. We called the office about the door, left a message and never got a response. We were able to make the door work, but by the end of the week, the handle ended up coming off completely. The decor was pretty drab and the downstairs just seemed dark. It didn't have the beachy feel that you usually get in a beach rental. Lastly, the mattress in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable for us. It affected our sleep and I woke up with back pain every morning.
All these negatives didn't ruin our trip, not by a long-shot. I just mention all these things so that prospective renters know what they could be in for. There are several units in the complex that are more comfortable and better maintained, and for the price we paid, we would have hoped for better. We would choose this unit again if it was the last one available because the complex is nice and the location is good, but we have already booked for next year and we chose a different unit within Sea Haven.
FYI... the photos on the website do not match the way the unit looks now (different furniture, decor, etc.)
