It's not quiet or tucked away, so be prepared for that energy. It was just what I was looking for. Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. You are in the heart of Galway, walk out of the door and turn in any direction and you will find something to do or somewhere to go. Would stay here again in a heartbeat "

"The hotel was easy to deal with, both getting into and for getting into the city. The room was great. What I didn’t like was the breakfast. It was unclear how to pay for the breakfast (since the Expedia rate didn’t include breakfast). Once I finally paid (off to the side at the bar) I had to go back to the host desk to be seated. It was a poorly apportioned buffet where the fried eggs’ yolks were cook d solid after being under the heat lamp so long."
