“I forgot to put the tag on my door handle, so the housekeeper started banging on my door at 8:30am on a Saturday! Not just once, but several times so that I had to get out of bed to tell her I was still sleeping! That was incredibly rude, and I couldn't get back to sleep. Terrible.
The check in guy was really nice though.”

“There was no landline available to use nor a microwave in order to heat some food. The TVs complicated to use. The staff was friendly, but it sucked to have the room right next to the ice maker. The bed mattress was uncomfortable, but the linens were comfortable. I would’ve liked to have more than two pillows available as well. I reserved a room a week before and yet I got stuck way down at the end of the hall… I requested a floor level closer to the In-N-Out of the building. Would I use your……

“老公和朋友去亲戚家拜访，不愿意留宿所以定了这家酒店！离亲戚家很近，老公和朋友都说床很舒服。老公居然说在那里睡了一晚后，之前有旧病的胳膊都睡多了。而且酒店也负责了早餐，他们还去了健身房，对我的预定很满意，瞬间开心了！”
