“Clean room, great for an overnight layover before we got on a cruise, close to Port Canaveral. Mattress was a little soft for our taste but ok. This place is great for a short stay like we did but there’s not much furniture or storage for a longer stay. Some reviews mention the train that goes by. It’s not that loud in my opinion and I barely noticed it, pretty sure it stopped running around 9pm and didn’t hear it again till after I woke up in the morning. ”

There is only a bathroom sink so can’t handle washing dishes but hosts provides disposable dishes. Wonderful quiet area near golfcourse. As a birder, very near orlando wetlands and merritt island, 20 min from airport. Highly recommend”
