The new owner may have transformed each of the units into a hotel room, but they couldn’t change the stairways, the elevators, or the sad depressing feeling inside the building. The apartment that I was given was perfectly fine. In a neutral kind of way, there was no problem. However, when I got off the elevator on my floor there was someone yelling “F……
