"I really like how all the rooms angle their windows either towards the south- either the river or the hills. The open space and benches riverside are a real plus for downtown Missoula. The hot breakfast was quite decent and had a lot of great options. And as usual, the beds can't be beat. "

"Absolutely amazing little boutique hotel in downtown Missoula. The area is charming and filled with wonderful local shops and restaurants. The rooms were wonderfully decorated, my husband said it was like sleeping in an REI store in every best possible way! The staff was amazingly kind and helpful, the overall charm and cleanliness A+++ and the thoughtful details and amenities were the ick g in the cake. I cannot wait to check out their sister property in my hometown of Boise because if The Wren is any indication, these people have their finger on the pulse and know hospitality! Cannot recommend enough!"

"Room was very minimalistic, but quite comfortable! The bed was firm, but not too hard. I will say they don't supply a fridge or microwave, but that was not an issue for us. It appears to be undergoing some renovations, but again, it was not a problem. My husband and I have already decided when we have to spend the night in Missoula, that is where we will be staying!"

"Great little property close walkable ti downtown and trails. $25/day gets you access to bikes, SUP, kayaks to use. Great little cafe on site with games and cute atmosphere. Rooms definitely geared toward outdoor pursuits. "
