Nice amenities

Starting with the positive: the location was great, amenities were fun (but outdated), and the floors were clean. The bed was super comfortable. Negatives: the entire place is dying for an update. The places smells bad! The couch is stiff and awful, the places has RV lights and in the corner of the room, not all the burners work on the stove. And the tub has mold, shower curtain smells like mildew.

August 2024 Trip

My family of 4 stayed in this residence for 3 nights during our first time to Utah. The resort is amazing and check in was smooth. The furniture and interior of the condo was dated. Also had a strange smell to the place. Overall we enjoyed our stay regardless.

A fly in the ointment

We had a wonderful stay. The only issue we had was the poor communication from the property owner regarding the power outage. They ghosted us. We reached out to find how best to proceed and they didn’t respond. The power was out for over an hour in an evening. The next morning, we were sent instructions verifying how to check out but no acknowledgement of the power outage the night before. When asked about it, they were kind of flippant. The person responding acted like it was no big deal. That lack of concern regarding communication was the only issue. Thank you.

Stay at Las Palmas

- Was told before checkin there was a gas grille outside. There was not one, The owner did purchase one for our use. Appreciated that! - Property was not clean inside when we checked in. Had it cleaned…I think we paid for the cleaning which was not appropriate. - The unit is in dire need of an upgrade.

I love the location and place. The only downfall is there was an smell that wouldn’t go away. It smelled like someone had pets in there. That would be my only complaint. I had to buy a plug in air freshener.

Exactly as advertised

There were no surprises with this unit. It was dated but that was to be expected. It served our family of four well for the few days we were there but if we needed to stay longer we would choose a larger place. Communication was excellent and the location was gorgeous. Kids had a blast at all the pools and water slides. Great place for families to escape to for a long weekend.

Needs a little love

The condo community is nice with its indoor and outdoor pool and other community amenities. Spent half the trip indoors because of the weather. The condo itself is in desperate need for updates especially to the bathroom. Ants were our friendly guests in there. No Pool towels. Condo gets the job done at the bare minimum.

Enjoyable

Very comfortable Well stocked with linens and accessory items. I discovered the washer/dryer during my third week of the stay. It was never mentioned in any of the pre/checkin/in-house material. It would have been very nice to know it was tucked in the outside closet.

Good place for a weekend getaway in St. George

It was a nice place to stay. A little out dated and could use some updating and fixes. It was a bit cramped for our family of 6. It advertises that it sleeps 6 but the beds are small and the blow up mattress only sleeps one and kept deflating in the night. One of the kids slept on the couch which worked but we wouldn't have been too comfortable for a longer stay. The complex is nice and the pools were a hit with the kids. All in all it was a good place to stay.

St George escape

We came to leave snow behind and have my husband able to walk without snow post back surgery. The area was perfect for this. Our view of the cliffs was enjoyable. The condo could use updating, but it served us well. We would use this site again.

Overall good but pricey for what you get

Hello location is older than the pictures give off. The bathroom is quite outdated. The rooms are extremely small. No room for any dressers and the closets are full of the brooms and vacuums. It says it sleeps six but that's what they pull out blow up mattress which barely fits in one of the rooms if you push the bed to the side. But overall a very nice place the pool was excellent working with red sands vacation they were very prompt though they seem to only stack the condo with one item of each amenity. We had to ask for more toilet paper paper paper towels shampoo etc. They responded quickly but it would have been nice if it had already been stocked. A good experience but could be slightly improved.
