Coral Ridge Oasis near Zion NP

Coral Ridge Oasis is a beautiful 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home located in Coral Ridge. It is fully stocked with all the necessities and conveniently located off I-15, Exit 16. It is also a short scenic drive from Zion National Park and 5 minutes from downtown St. George. A secure, secluded location but still centrally located to all of Southern Utah`s hot spots. The perfect place for a fun getaway with family or friends!

This property has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation and is fully stocked with all the essentials. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and small appliances including a coffee maker and blender as well as all the needed dishes, utensils, and basic cooking items to make your stay just like home! The space is fully furnished with comfortable high-quality luxury furniture and linens. High-Speed Internet - 500mbps fiber. All TVs are smart TVs.

The pools (heated year-round), hot tubs, and community center are open from 7am-10pm. There are pool towels for you to use in the cupboard of the laundry room.

In the garage, you will find fishing poles for you to use at the community fishing pond.

We have supplied the following for your use: hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, laundry detergent, games and puzzles, and TV.

The kitchen is fully stocked and includes wine glasses, a coffee machine and filters, a crockpot, an electric griddle, children’s plastic dinnerware, a tea kettle, and a selection of basic spices and oils.

Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 11am.

For groceries and supplies, the Walmart in Hurricane (10 minutes east on SR9 at 3400 West) is less crowded than the one in St. George (10 minutes west on Telegraph St or I-15 south exit 10). However, in St. George, there are many other shopping options as well as restaurants, parks, and theaters.

There is a garage door opener and pool key fob left in the property. Please return items there upon departure.
A signed lease agreement and a pre-authorization hold is required.

We have stayed in multiple units in that same neighborhood and this one was bellow average, but more expensive. I booked this unit as many others, last minute, but there was an additional agreement that needed to be signed and an extra deposit. No details whatsoever in the main listing of the content in this extra rental agreement. Only after paying for the booking i was able to see the full agreement, which i didn't like or agreed with. The issue is that i couldn't cancel the booking and get a full refund, i couldn't stay in the unit if i didn't sign the external agreement. This felt unethical and borderline fraudulent. They either need to disclose the full agreement before payment, or allow for cancelation if you dont want to sign it. The agreement had multiple points protecting them and allowing them to withdraw from that extra deposit. For example, big charges if you smoke near the unit, but there were multiple cigarette butts in the patio when we got there. So if i didn't say something or checked the property before hand most likely they would of fine me 500(as in the agreement)for someone elses cigarette butts. Obviously vrbo customer service was no help and when i called the property manager they were also no help. Save the pain and choose a different property not manage by this people.

The Hub of It All

We had a great stay. The property is a hub for all the fun things we planned: Zion NP, Snow Canyon State Park, Kanab, UTV riding in Hurricane. It was the perfect size for two small families. It was clean and smelled fresh. The carpet just felt pretty worn down, but carpet is gross to me. We used the pool and hot tub daily. It was clean and easy to access. We had fun fishing in the pond-anyone over 12 needs a fishing license. We took our own fishing gear so I’m not sure about what was supplied. The fridge was annoying at first, the property knows it doesn’t cool but doesn’t replace it??? Eventually, we got it to cool down. It was nice to be able to use the garage. The back patio is small and faces a busy road so it was too noisy to sit out very long, but the grill worked great. Overall, we loved it and would stay again.

Great pool, great rooms, close to Zion

The house was perfect for our family, plus the kids loved swimming in the outdoor pools. The drive to Zion is only about 40 minutes.

Great vacation

Great stay with girlfriends. Nice location, not in the middle of everything but fairly close to shopping, hikes. Pools and hot tubs were fun. Plenty of space in the house. The master shower wasn't clean and the rug in the living was dirty. The cleaning people were still there when we arrived. The pool fob and garage opener were missing, but they were quick to respond and bring them. I would recommend. It was overall really fun.

It was a great stay!

Excellent Choice!

This condo was perfect — clean, comfortable, attractively decorated and perfect for our family gathering of eight. It was conveniently located to nearby Walmart, the Hurricane movie theater, biking trails, Sand Hallow for UTV rentals. Appreciated the large pool towels, the patio grill, and well-stocked kitchen with large enough table for 8-10, shampoos and conditioner, hairdryers and towels in bathrooms, iron and ironing board, TVs in every room and throw blankets. Need more trash bags, TP, noodles and a football for pool fun. Great condo!

Enjoying the Huntsman Games in St. George

The property was as advertised and suited our ladies softball team perfectly. Since the place does sleep 11 possibly a few more towels for the swimming pool would be good. Also since I am a tea drinker possibly a tea kettle. We all loved the area and will be returning again next year.

Very nice property, was as advertised

Overall we were very happy with this property, it had everything we needed and was just as it was advertised. It was a little farther away from the attraction (Tuacahn) we came to see but was near to access roads so it was not really a problem getting to where we wanted to go. We had ten people in our group and the property was perfect for us, it was clean and well stocked and the only thing we noticed on a negative vein was the carpet was a bit worn but that is really a minor point. The property had a really nice pool area and the kids had a great time there and it was not far from the property. We would definitely make a return visit here. I also thought the welcome basket was a nice touch but the TP neads an upgrade.

Great Vacation Rental

The rental was great. We are a family of five and we shared it with another family and had plenty of room. The rental had everything that we needed. Anne was easy to work with and responded to questions in a timely manner. The rental location is in a prime location if you plan on visiting Sand Hollow or Zion.
