The neighborhood has so many amenities

The unit was spotless, and super cute. Host was great. Only complaint would be the noise from the tenants above the unit, but that's not the hosts fault. The neighborhood has so many fun amenities.

Lovely place -

This is an awesome location - the only difficulty was the small child upstairs who apparently lives there. He and his parents were not respectful of the guests downstairs and were loud at night. Not a reflection of the comfort, appointment, and convenience of this place - just something to be aware of. BTW - the response of the RR people when I messaged them was amazing - they replied within 3 minutes each time but there was nothing they could do.

Fresh, new and clean

The condo itself is super nice and new and well equipped. The mattresses are memory foam for those who may like or dislike them. Everything about the actual unit was wonderful! Regarding the overall property of desert color, we felt like for the amount of units they have, they need more than one pool and more than six Pickleball courts. Everything felt very crowded. We literally could not even fit in the hot tub. The lagoon is big and has chairs around it, but it is unheated. So maybe when it’s 100° plus in the summer, the lagoon could be fun to swim in but when you just want a heated pool and a hot tub, that area is not big enough for the number of people that could possibly be staying there at any given time. Also, the area itself is definitely up-and-coming. Lots of really great things (movie theater, restaurants etc) are going to be built in the surrounding area soon but not much has been built yet.
