The space is nice and comfortable but it’s a bit loud, being right next door to a highway, and not at all secluded. Also, one bedroom is actually a loft area so we didn’t have the privacy for sleeping arrangements that was anticipated. The upper outdoor deck area is relaxing and nice! Also great to have a private hot tub, though we only used that at night when we felt a little more protected from the golf course and highway which both have a clear view of the unit. The parking is a bit precarious. There is no street parking. We were able to fit two small cars in the driveway but had to park our larger vehicle in guest parking elsewhere, sometimes blocks away. The ping ping table is set up in the garage so that is unusable for parking. We were comfortable enough and still enjoyed our time but we won’t be returning to this particular spot again.

Great spot near Snow Canyon right on The Ledges Golf Course. Plenty of space. Kitchen was very well stocked with anything you would have needed to cook. The TV light went out during our stay and they were there to fix it within 20 minutes.

Loved the place! Super easy check in and check out! Everything was very clean and well stocked. The only issue we kept running into was the internet. It wouldn’t stay connected and kept kicking us out while watching tv.

Beautiful, Comfortable, and Quiet

The home is on a main road but is very quiet and clean. The kitchen was stocked with a bunch of basics that are a pain to buy when on a short trip (thank you!). There was an option to have the kitchen stocked with groceries before you arrive which is nice given everything is at least 10 min away. The backyard area had a hot tub that overlooks the golf course. There was plenty of room to explore and a walking path for public use. The Ledges offered e-bike rentals, golf tee times, swimming pools and pickleball courts. There was plenty to do and very little "I'm bored" time. The upstairs had plenty of beds and a fun gaming corner. The bathrooms were large and clean, stocked with plenty of towels and the nicest shampoo/conditioner I've ever used in a VRBO. All communication was quick and clear. I even received a text reminder to put the garbage cans out on garbage day which I appreciated. The only downside was the parking. The garage is on the smaller side, an SUV or truck would not fit inside. You can park in the driveway or in nearby overflow parking but there is not street parking. The driveway can hold one vehicle. Overall a wonderful stay. It was a bit more than I usually pay for a weekend trip, but the cost was completely justified. I very much appreciated the reasonable cleaning requests at checkout. Simple, easy, quick. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location and awesome amenities

This property served us great for the short weekend getaway that we were looking for. The house was awesome and had everything that we needed. The pool and hot tub were perfect 👌 We will be back!

Nice enough

The property was nice except there were dirty dishes in the cupboards, and the blankets in the master bedroom had stains on it and the bathrooms needed some extra attention. The hot tub was nice and there was a lot of space in the condo and it was furnished well . For the price I would expect it to be cleaner .

Excellent choice for family of 6

Very clean, comfortable home. Three elementary-aged kiddos & 3 adults had plenty of space. Beds were very comfortable and spacious kitchen opens to relaxing family room. We enjoyed the hot tub & views from the back porch. Mgmt was extremely responsive to any questions we had. We'd definitely stay here again.

The place was nice but far away. Very clean. Can’t fit a large sub in the garage. The dishes and utensil counts were off, based on what they had labeled, make sure that you let them know what to get there. The rules of the hot tub were not listed online, which would have changed our decision to book their

Beautiful, clean property and so beautiful up at the Ledges. Right by Snow Canyon but still close to town. This is our 3 rd time staying up here and we can’t wait to come back again next time for a get away. !!!

Your condo is beautiful with wonderful decor

Everything was perfect, except the hot tub was way too hot, the controls were not working to cool it off. We were unable to use it at all.

Perfect for the family

The property was clean, organized, and well kept. My family felt right at home. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. Being on this property with all the comforts of home made our trip that much more memorable. If you’re seeking to visit Zion, Bryce, and a few other places, I would highly recommend this property as well as other Red Rock rentals. On a side note, this property was approximately 10 minutes away from Snow Canyon I would highly recommend stopping by there.
