Serenity in Utah

This property exceeded our expectations! Check-in was effortless; we messaged the provided number for an earlier check-in, and the response was quick and very accommodating. The house is exceptionally well-equipped, offering absolutely everything we needed. It was an ideal retreat after busy family reunion activities, providing much-needed rest and relaxation. The kitchen was fully stocked, allowing us to comfortably prepare all our meals. A major highlight for both the teens and adults was the sheer variety of activities available, both inside and out. The attention to detail, from the thoughtfully placed lighting to the convenient seating areas and showers, truly stood out. We're already looking forward to our next stay and exploring more of the community amenities

The grilling area is awesome and there are infinite spots to hang out on the property. Having access to the Ledges grill & 19th hole lounge was a lot of fun. 2 minute drive up the street. The golf course is also very good with solid views. Dan Dekker made everything so simple for us, and everything was exactly as advertised. Probably the nicest house I have ever stayed in. Thank you Ledges!!!

The management responded with a concern we had - very quickly and took care of it without a hitch. Our family loved our time here, and are looking forward to returning!

We had 8 Adults and 4 Kids and We spent almost every moment either outside or in the game room. It was such a memorable vacation. We are planning on coming again in the summer. We received texts before, during and after our stay making sure we had everything that we needed. If you are considering the Ledges, don't hesitate it was so wonderful. It was our Christmas before Christmas get together.

Great Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The outside temps were ranged from 100 to 108F during our stay, but the A/C kept the unit a comfortable 74F day and night. The amenities were first class and new. The light pickleball courts were a favorite and the late evenings relaxing and conversing around the private pool was especially enjoyed. The cool inside playroom was well equipped with a shuffle board, pool table, video arcade and connect four, etc. The could have been more board games available. Overall it was better than advertised and a real treat for our family to enjoy each other for a few days. The red rocks scenery of the area and Snow's Canyon in particular were spectacular!
