Great time away from home

We needed to get out and do something away from home. It was the perfect stay. The pool was close by, the trails, the lake and then the hot tub in the evenings.

Nice quiet home with lots of room

Very nice place with adequate room for all. The beds were super comfy and there was room for the whole family. Close to a swimming pool and hot tub.

Lovely retreat

We had a great time. Communication was on point—I loved the digital guestbook. We used the list of local hikes and bike trails. The rental was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. It was just what we were looking for!

Great location and great communication with management

We enjoyed our stay! Unfortunately the pool was out of commission for the first day and a half, but since the HOA hadn’t notified the rental agency, and it was an emergency repair, there was no fault. And our rental agency offered to reimburse if we decided to swim at the rec center. I thought that was very thoughtful. I gave 4 stars on cleanliness just because the couches were starting to look a little stained and aged. Overall a great stay!

This property was perfect for our family. Swimming pool and play ground kept the grand kids happy. The room was great! Just enough room you didn’t feel like you were on top of each other! Loved it!

We had a great time

The dishwasher needs rinse and we had a problem with the washing machine, but someone came and fixed it. We liked the layout of the condo. When we come to St. George again we would look at the same unit

Weekend Getaway

We love staying at the Lofts. Communication was great and unit was well decorated and stocked. The only negative was the cleanliness of the unit. Lots of dust on light fixtures and some furniture and the master shower needs a real good scrubbing. Lots of scum and even some black mold like substance on the joints between the wall and floor of the shower. Hopefully the resolve this with their cleaning staff.

Great property

Great place, tons of room, fun pool for the kids and a playground right out the back slider. Everything was perfect except for the AC. It was warm out side 90° in the afternoon but the mini-split systems down stairs would only come on for a minte then go back off. The upstairs was HOT! We had to wait for the cool air outside to cool the place off so the kids to go to bed. Not sure if they were just trying to save on power or the systems weren't working right? Other than that it was perfect, stocked with everything you need. Beautiful place!

Great place! Fully stocked with everything you need. Playground right out the back door and the pool is just a couple units down(which is nice for noise reasons) We have stayed there twice and will be coming back again next year for sure

Great location and amenities

This is the second time we have stayed in this property (or one across the courtyard that is nearly identical). We love it. We stayed for Thanksgiving and loved using the pool, hot tub, and pickball courts. This is super close to mountain biking and other fun options in St. George. It was comfortable, clean and well stocked. Highly recommend.
