Find the perfect place to get away in St. George at Getaway at the Lofts. This 4 bed/3.5 bath townhome is located in Green Valley and is the perfect launching pad for endless adventure!

On the main level guests enter a beautiful open area where they can enjoy the sofa and two love seats, dining space at the bar for 4, and a separate dining space with seating for up to 12. The main level also has a ½ bath, a master bedroom with bath, and an outdoor patio area complete with bbq grill and dining for 6. Upstairs you will find a washer and dryer, a bunk room with 2 full over full bunk beds, a second master bedroom with ensuite, and an additional guest room and a full bath. Each upstairs room has access to an outdoor living space with seating. The upstairs area gives kids or adults a separate space to spread out.

The home is 2 levels, and over 2000 square feet. The unit comes with smart TV’s in every room, satellite in every room, and WiFi internet access. Pool towels and pickleball equipment are also provided for guests to enjoy.

Contemporary Resort Style Living! The Lofts amenities include a 110-foot resort-style pool area and features two 19-person hot tubs, a water slide, waterfall feature, and splash pads. The unit had plenty of room for the 10 of us. Kitchen is nice, and was well stocked. I was disappointed that the pool wasn't heated as advertised in VRBO though. Hot tub became the kids swimming pool. Place was clean enough, although it appears no one cleaned under couch cushions, checked cabinets for leftover belongings, or under the beds, since I found 3 kids toys, and garbage in the couch media cabinet and under the bed. Couches were fairly dirty and could use a steam cleaner on the arm rests.

Great location and great communication with management

We enjoyed our stay! Unfortunately the pool was out of commission for the first day and a half, but since the HOA hadn’t notified the rental agency, and it was an emergency repair, there was no fault. And our rental agency offered to reimburse if we decided to swim at the rec center. I thought that was very thoughtful. I gave 4 stars on cleanliness just because the couches were starting to look a little stained and aged. Overall a great stay!

Great location and amenities

This is the second time we have stayed in this property (or one across the courtyard that is nearly identical). We love it. We stayed for Thanksgiving and loved using the pool, hot tub, and pickball courts. This is super close to mountain biking and other fun options in St. George. It was comfortable, clean and well stocked. Highly recommend.

Lovely retreat

We had a great time. Communication was on point—I loved the digital guestbook. We used the list of local hikes and bike trails. The rental was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. It was just what we were looking for!

Great property

Great place, tons of room, fun pool for the kids and a playground right out the back slider. Everything was perfect except for the AC. It was warm out side 90° in the afternoon but the mini-split systems down stairs would only come on for a minte then go back off. The upstairs was HOT! We had to wait for the cool air outside to cool the place off so the kids to go to bed. Not sure if they were just trying to save on power or the systems weren't working right? Other than that it was perfect, stocked with everything you need. Beautiful place!

The only things we needed was the gas turned on and a few more garbage bags. We realize that the gas was off until Saturday so it took a little bit to hear back but someone came and worked on it that day.

Weekend Getaway

We love staying at the Lofts. Communication was great and unit was well decorated and stocked. The only negative was the cleanliness of the unit. Lots of dust on light fixtures and some furniture and the master shower needs a real good scrubbing. Lots of scum and even some black mold like substance on the joints between the wall and floor of the shower. Hopefully the resolve this with their cleaning staff.
