The property was good little outdated the condo was decent the one is that wasn't good was the bed it was hard as a rock for that reason would not stay again with that condo but the host was great and we had a great time lots of things to do around town.

Wonderful First VRBO Experience!

This was the first time my wife and I tried using Vrbo for a trip and we found it to be as nice or even nicer than friends had suggested. Our host JoAnna made everything easy for us “newbies” to follow and it was a great experience from check-in to check-out. We will definitely do this again!As far as the property itself, it was perfect for us and our small (very well-behaved) dog. Very clean and had everything we needed except a teapot! It was a bummer that the pickleball courts were closed for refinishing while we were there, but plenty of other things to do!

A wonderful place to stay as a base to explore the St. George area

Conveniently located close to St. george center, but away from busy streets and city noise, beautiful grounds, The Rental had everything we needed, comfortable bed, good l natural light well equipped and well cared for.

Awesome condo and property

The condo was so clean and we absolutely loved staying there. The property was well maintained. My kids loved the swimming pool. We were close to a lot of places to eat and play. We had a great time!

Condo very clean and perfect size for a couple. Have stayed at sports village complex many times over the years. Grounds are well maintained but the two hot tubs need to be updated. Looking tired and old missing a few tiles and jets not working properly on one hot tub.

Nice views, outside of structure was very nice but the inside needed updating but it was doable. It worked for us. Furnishings were old and need replaced. However we chose a lower price unit and discovered pictures online will always show the best angles. Our Manager Joanna was great to work with very pleasant.

Very relaxing getaway.

My daughter and I spent Thursday to Sunday and went to all three shows at Tuacahn. It is a five with a couple fixes. First, the bathroom door doesn’t latch. I was with my daughter in a one bathroom condo, and a secure door would have been nice. Second, the shower head is all clogged. Just needs a clean or a replacement as only one setting works. The linens are basically hidden on the back side of the kitchen island. It would be nearly impossible to find in the first place, but there was a bar stool in front of the label on the only door on the back side of the kitchen bar. The keys to the adult pool were missing, so we needed to make another call to Troy and in the end, we ended up going to the front desk to swap out a key fob for a key to the adult pool. In the end, Troy got it all figured out in a timely manner, and the place is perfect for a weekend getaway. Just can’t give a 5 with the issues we encountered, but if those things are fixed, it is a five. Also, I know it is St.George, and is very religious, and very Mormon, but it is kind of sold to you. “LDS LIVING” magazine sitting by the couch, magnet on the fridge, hangings on the wall that all discuss religion. I guess a rental property shouldn’t be a resource to pass along your beliefs. It would be like having political posters in the place to pass along your political beliefs. Maybe just me. May not bother most. Good place, and good complex.

Condo for a golf trip

The condo worked well. It was spacious and has a good floor plan. It was easily accessible to golf courses, restaurants, and services. The owner was very prompt in responses to my emails. I would stay here again.

St George Family Gathering

Clean, efficient, everything you need. The overall facility is dated. Unfortunately this property is not ADA compliant. Host did tell me there were about 20 stairs. However, the steps leading to the front door does not even have a handrail. This place was great for the teens with many indoor and outdoor activities!
