Great location and amenities

Perfect stay for a group! Spacious and well stocked for our golf group. Hot tub and patio area was great and the video game room was a hit. Clean and well appointed place-would definitely stay again.

Staying at Ledges was amazing for the whole family! The rental was very clean and had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. The check in and check out process was easy. Overall it was a fun stay and we are happy with the time spent in St. George.

Such a great vacation spot!

we loved everything about the ledges condo and community. The house was very roomy and functional and accommodated our large group perfectly. We loved having a pool and Pickleball court so close the restaurant was delicious as well thank you so much. We will be back.

Great property

We had a large group with many teen boys. The facilities, such as the pickle ball courts, heated swimming pool and hot tub were all well maintained and clean and the boys used them often. The resort itself was quiet and well taken care of. The property had everything we needed, beds were comfortable and everything was very clean (I'm very picky when it comes to cleanliness). We would definitely stay here again.

Great house

This house was great! Very clean and comfy. The only thing I would say that was a LITTLE bit of a bummer was that when we arrived the hot tub was cold. We had to wait a while for it to form up. Other than that, there are no complaints whatsoever. We hope to stay there again.

Perfect for family gathering place

This home is a perfect family gathering place! We had my grown siblings and their spouses coming in from Wyoming, Maryland, Texas, Nevada and Arizona and this was a perfect place to relax and be a home base while we explored Zion, Snow Canyon, Sand Hollow and Bryce Canyon parks and the St. George area. The home is very well appointed and had everything we needed. It even had pickleball courts and a beautiful pool right on the end of the block!

Great space for entire family

Our annual girl’s trip was held here. Great condo. Plenty of room for everyone. Very clean, nice bedding, fully stocked kitchen. Enough space for us all to sit around and visit. Thought we would use the hot tub but ran out of time. Great amenities with pickleball and swimming pools. Close to walking trail. Would definitely stay here again.

We were concerned about the space to park 5 trucks with large trailers, but there was no issues with parking. The condo was clean, fully stocked with everything needed. We BBQ’ed one night and the tongs for the BBQ are pretty flimsy, they aren’t strong enough to hold anything to remove from the grill. Other than this minor issue, we had a great time and would recommend it to anyone.

The property was as described; clean, large, and well suited to our family. The arcade games were a hit with the younger members of the family. The property was clean and well-maintained. We had a minor glitch with the internet, but the customer service was quick to help. We would recommend this property to family or friends. The only downside we found was the three smaller windows in two bedrooms had no coverings, and the rooms were much brighter from moonlight than anyone had anticipated. Perhaps shades might be a needed improvement. Overall, we give this a 5+ star review! The area is beautiful and has hiking trails nearby. We didn't use the hot tub or swim pool, as the outside temps were not very warm.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I wasn't sure how to give this review. I want to be honest, but I also want to make sure that I am fair in my review. On one hand this was the worst experience we have had with a VRBO property, but because of one bad thing I don't think it warrants an overall bad rating. My wife and I both work remotely, so having a working internet connection is paramount to our being able to go on vacation. We had no working internet the whole stay which made us have to rent a completely separate property in town so that we could work. We didn't get to enjoy staying at the property as much as we wanted. We tried to work with the management company each day to resolve the issue, but there was no solution to making the internet work for us. Had they NOT advertised that there was internet available we would have chosen a different place, but when they advertise there is internet, and there isn't, it makes it very frustrating. The property is amazing and when we were there we loved it, but having to drive into town each day to work from a separate hotel until the evening was SUPER frustrating. They did refund us a small amount, which we didn't ask for, but was at least a good gesture on their part. If they had working internet we would stay here again in a heartbeat, but without internet it wasn't our favorite experience. Location = Great. Super clean. Tons of amenities.... except the one most important one to our family. So if you can live without internet I would stay here. If you need internet... I would pass. That is my honest assessment.
