This condo includes access to 5 pools: indoor pool (heated year-round), water slide pool, lap/lounge pool, kids pool, waterfall pool, and pool with shallow end. This condo also includes: 4 hot tubs (heated year-round), exercise room, basketball, pickleball, and 3 playgrounds.

3 bed/2 bath. Sleeps 8. Maximum Occupancy 10. Bed Configuration: master - King, guest - Queen, guest 2 - Daybed (2 twins). We also provide a queen sized Aerobed (comfortable air mattress). Bottom level. 1200 sq feet. Mountain view. Built 1984.

Nice starting place!

Rented this place as a close place to the National Parks and other outdoor activities in Utah! The space and place was perfect, easy access to freeway and many restaurants, and a beautiful view off the deck of the southern end of the Valley of Fire! Everything was perfect! Thank you!

Nice and quiet

The unit was very clean upon arrival. We found it very quiet and relaxing there. The weather didn't totally cooperate but it was a great getaway.

Sports weekend stay

It’s a ok property. The technology didn’t work. Internet was not working, TVs didn’t work, no remotes for the DVD player. Interacted with the management company and they referred us to the owner yet never got a response from the owner. The checkout process asked for the linens to be laundered. No washer or dryer. Won’t return to that location.

This condo is a bit dated but is in a great location. There are several pools most of which are heated and our kids loved them. The community is quiet and seemed very safe. The common areas are well maintained and beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Clean Property

The property was clean, which I appreciate. The only issue we had was one of the beds had an old wooden bedframe that squeaked horribly, so we could not use that bedroom at all. We had to have one couple stay with another family in a different condo due to the horrible bedframe. It was bad. The problem could easily be solved with some new bedroom furniture.

great location, comfortable and clean rooms; kitchen had all amenities needed to cook the basics. Only issues we had was the BBQ grill outside was not clean, and unusable.

Great property

We were in St George for a school event and this property was perfect. The location was great and everything was well kept. We had stayed in hotels in the past but this experience was far and away better than that. When we come back in the future, we’ll definitely be trying to come back here.
