Apartment was very nice. However the clubhouse was not as advertised the pool table was broken, the table tennis didn't have paddles, and the water fountain was out of order.

Beautiful view
Nice and clean, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Parking was descent. We had a third floor unit but they had an elevator to make it easier. Grandson enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Hot tub was a little too foamy, hope nothing as wrong with it. Good access to a number of parks from the complex. Overall a good stay

Relaxing
Property has plenty to do for all ages, pools had lots of space, not crowded because there are 5 of them. 1 hot tub was green and needed cleaning but other than that great. Condo had plenty of room, didn’t have a barbecue which would have been nice, but other than that everything else that we needed. We definitely would stay there again!!

Las Palmas is always great
We love staying at these condos. Sure, they are outdated, but you stay to play. Provided all the we needed, except for an iron and ironing board. Will stay with them again. They allowed a late check out for $30, which was really needed for us.

The condo has a breathtaking mountain view from the shady balcony. It’s an end unit, very quiet in April. We had everything we needed.
