Nice property, great view.

Good choice for travelers with friends. Clean and comfortable beds. But the fridge water dispenser was leaking and no coffee provided.

Ideal for Hosting Gatherings

This was a very well laid out apartment for six and to entertain more with a well stocked kitchen. Nice heated lap pool and other recreation options. Good location. Great communication by management and staff.

A wonderful getaway

This place is accurate in its description and suited our needs wonderfully. Beautiful views, spacious. Well stocked kitchen, although it could use a large skillet. Having the barbecue is nice.

Always excellent properties

We stayed while moving into our new home. The home was excellent, the location awesome and plenty of parking for all of us. Since we now live in the area we will recommend this place to anyone who visits. It is pretty much perfect.

Love Utah

Five adults stayed in this condo for four nights. It was spacious and had everything and we needed. Quiet and clean community and we enjoyed the large patio in the morning and night. The only downside was the pool and fitness facilities didn't open until 10 AM.

It was a great place! I was nervous booking because we couldn’t see pictures of this condo. I was so happy with how beautiful it was. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. It was a perfect location right by the bouldering and bike riding we were going to. My only complaint was it is in a big resort and they only had one of their hot tubs opened. It was over packed every night.

Very comfortable condo

The condo was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Plenty of room for our group of two couples - 3 couples could also comfortably stay here. Great views and convenient location on the ground floor in a quiet neighborhood with trails nearby. Only complaint was that the mattress in the master bedroom was too soft for our taste, but removing the foam mattress topper helped!

Awesome stay in St. George rental

The rental in St. George is very convenient to everything. We visited Zion National Park, Horseshoe Bend and Bryce Canyon during our stay. Although we didn’t use the pool, we saw several people every night walking back from the pool. Our rental was very clean, we had no complications with anything, and we had great views from the rental. The property management is very responsive even though we only had general conversation.

Nice location. We stay at Las Palmas at least 1x a year. Unfortunately the two pools closest to us were unusable the entire visit (except for the last day). We like this particular unit and have stayed now multiple times. I don't think the vacuum works. Otherwise, it was clean. We would like to stay there next time!

Nice Place

Everything was great! I would only say they need to change the bed out in the main bedroom. Other then this it was great. We have stayed in this complex prior. I wish they would have had a garage with equipment that we could have used like the other one we had stayed at. But there is plenty to do and we totally give this a high recommendation.

A Great Place to Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious property. It was so much bigger than it appeared online. It was well-stocked with everything we needed for a fantastic time, and included a few extras like pool towels, liquid hand soap and paper towels. We really loved being able to use the patio for meals and see the sunsets across the vista. The property manager was easy to contact and quickly fixed our small issues (a lightbulb going out and empty propane tank). If you are looking for a place for your family to stay in St. George, this is a wonderful option. Very convenient to everywhere in the city, and close to all the surrounding parks for those who love the great outdoors.

Loved the property except…..

We loved being on the ground floor and enjoying the patio as well as the wonderful kitchen. The carpets are in need of a good cleaning, the master bedroom was very stained and the shower heads in all three bathrooms needed to be changed out. I felt like I was standing under a hose. We would stay here again because we liked the location but I didn’t feel like I could walk around without something on my feet because of the dirty carpets and shower heads are a quick fix. Just do it and make your renters give you 5 stars

Complex was quiet, the grounds well kept during our late September stay. The condo clean and well appointed, a quiet dinner on the patio highlighted by a thunder and lightning storm. We hope to return and further explore this fascinating region.

Perfect spot for us to use as a base to enjoy golf, Zion, and Bryce Canyon National Parks! Also, we loved The Painted Pony Restaurant. The full rainbow after a shower and awesome sunrises were a bonus!

Fantastic place with great amenities. Huge kitchen, bbq, pool, hot tub. The only minor complaint was the wifi could be improved as it cut in and out on a regular basis. The property management company was extremely responsive, often getting back to texts in under a minute.Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed a retreat with 5 adults (seniors). The rooms were perfect for our group. Large rooms, 3 bedrooms, with king beds. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and spacious. The location was at the perimeter of the resort so quiet and convenient.

The view was spectacular and everything was great. The one large frying pan could not be used because it was so scratched up. Everything was just great. The beds were wonderful and showers were nice. The rug in the kitchen sink was to easy to trip is so we moved out of the way. Not tryin to criticize just for information.

Things we liked:- very affordable condo for how spacious it was. Three big rooms and big bathrooms. - outdoor patio was nice. Good views and the complex was very pretty with nice walking pathThings we didn’t like:- outdated furnishes- uncomfortable beds- kitchen had literally nothing it. All these cabinets but all empty. St.George area is really great.

The perfect vacation!

We loved this condo. The beds were very comfortable, everything was wonderfully clean and extras were provided. It was close to Snow Canyon and Zion for hiking, close to St George for restaurants and shopping and a plus was the beautiful view from the patio. We'll be back!
