Great vacation house with proximity to pools and hikes. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Loaded kitchen, pool supplies. Short walk to the pool, short drive to the water park. Grocery store and restaurants close.

Awesome place to stay!

I would highly recommend this house to stay at for your trip to Paradise Village! Kendrick was very responsive to my messages. Check in and out was easy. The house was clean and had everything we needed! We will for sure be back!

Great three-bedroom place. It was clean and had everything we needed. The garage is tall so it fit my van, which was nice. There is not much sound proofing in the house so you can hear the kids playing in the pool. It's not a deal breaker but something to know. It is not a quiet neighborhood but everyone was nice and friendly. It is a easy walk to Harmons grocery store which has everything you need. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Property

Excellent house. Enjoyed Easter weekend with my family of 6 and grandparents. Everything was clean, and well stocked. Highly recommend this property and would definitely rent it again.

Great stay

The house was clean and well supplied with towels and kitchen utensils. We had trouble getting in the front door when we arrived and the response time from our call late in the evening was very quick. We truly enjoyed our stay. The pools were close and easy to get to.

Great Location

Loved the location. My kids loved the water park. My only complaint was how bad the beds were. I could feel the springs in my back. And the blankets available were really really thin. I would stay again for the location and the layout of the home.

Perfect Red Rock

Great house in this amazing neighborhood. There was clear communication with the owner and he responded when I had a question before booking. The house was perfect for our needs and it had everything we needed. Close to pool and friends staying nearby. There was a binder with full instructions to anything in the neighborhood as well as checkout instructions. Emails also had clear instructions. We would definitely stay at Perfect Red Rock again.

Loved it

We loved our stay. The house was beautiful. The resort was wonderful. The only objection is it could have been a little cleaner. After walking on the kitchen/dining room floor, our feet were black. We mopped the floor and it was much better, but that should have been done before we arrived. Also, there were some large stains on the carpet in the living room.

Great house

I really enjoyed my stay in St. George, UT. This house is in new condition. I really enjoyed all amenities. Location is nice to be out away from the center of town. We attended a few Tuacahn events. Good location for seeing Tuacahn. Only thing that was a negative was the construction in this new development starts at 6am sharp. Sleeping-in is not an option. Everything else was top notch.

The perfect location for family

This property had a perfect location with proximity to the pool and a patio which was set on a grassy space. The kitchen window had a view of the grass and play outside to supervise our little ones. It was a short walk to the pool which we accessed continually! This is the perfect place to come home to after a day outdoors and with the fireplace… perfect for our games and indoor play during rain storms. Kendrick was available and responsive. The property description was accurate and furnishings were updated, lovely. The property was organized and uncluttered. Thank you for having us!

Great Home

Plenty of room, great location, and house was stocked with plenty of towels, pool towels, pool toys, blankets, pillows, cooking essentials and home essentials (shampoo, hair dryer, soap, etc) only had my family of 5 but we had room to share with another family if needed. Kendrick was awesome to work with, very communicative and extremely helpful and understanding when we had a family health crisis come up a week before our scheduled arrival. He was very willing to help me out as much as possible with what we thought might be a last minute cancellation. I was very grateful for his kindness. We’ll be back!
