Spring break vaca

Beautiful home but lacking a few things

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful, new home and has many great amenities, including a fantastic pickleball court, pool and spa. Because it’s a fairly new rental, there are some issues. The Wi-Fi goes down easily and needs an upgrade. The ice maker did not work at all, so we needed to buy bags of ice. The jets in the hot tub and pool lights don’t appear to work. I have the same pool system at my house and couldn’t get them to function. There were no coffee cups even though there are plenty of other dishes, pots, pans, flatware, etc. It also only has one dishwasher so large groups will need to do dishes a couple times each day. All that being said, would we stay here again? Yes. It’s a terrific community with lots of trails to ride bikes and beautiful scenery.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Jo Mama's house has great potential to be a wonderful property. However, the owner's have no pride in the home and the upkeep is awful. The house was dirty (especially the oven and bbq), the ice maker did not work, and the wi fi did not work. This was among many other things that were too numerous to mention and in need of attention. The property manager was wonderful and placed us in the home next door. For this next door property, we would rate everything 5 stars
