Home at the Ledges in St. George

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our experience here. We had a large family gathering and there was plenty of room for everyone. Just want to mention a few features we really liked: Large # of bathrooms, kids bedroom with bunk beds, a private pool and pickleball court. There were no real issues with our stay, only a couple of minor things which were quickly addressed by the management company. We highly recommend this property for a family gathering!

Family Vacation was a hit!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was perfect for families who love to swim (the kids) and love to play pickleball (the adults). The management team was very responsive to our needs when we arrived and the code to the house didn't open. Someone was sent over immediately and we were able to get in the house. The front door is a little hard to open but we figured it out. When the water flow stopped because we were all getting ready at the same time to go to Tuacahn, the property management team were quick to respond to our problem and quickly helped solve it. We loved our stay and created great memories for our family.

Beautiful home but lacking a few things

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful, new home and has many great amenities, including a fantastic pickleball court, pool and spa. Because it’s a fairly new rental, there are some issues. The Wi-Fi goes down easily and needs an upgrade. The ice maker did not work at all, so we needed to buy bags of ice. The jets in the hot tub and pool lights don’t appear to work. I have the same pool system at my house and couldn’t get them to function. There were no coffee cups even though there are plenty of other dishes, pots, pans, flatware, etc. It also only has one dishwasher so large groups will need to do dishes a couple times each day. All that being said, would we stay here again? Yes. It’s a terrific community with lots of trails to ride bikes and beautiful scenery.

Jo Mama's

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Jo Mama's house has great potential to be a wonderful property. However, the owner's have no pride in the home and the upkeep is awful. The house was dirty (especially the oven and bbq), the ice maker did not work, and the wi fi did not work. This was among many other things that were too numerous to mention and in need of attention. The property manager was wonderful and placed us in the home next door. For this next door property, we would rate everything 5 stars
