This is a private furnished, self contained studio with private entry. Includes kitchenette (Hot plate and Microwave w/ convection oven ), apartment fridge / freezer, Sink. Private bathroom and a shared laundry.

The location is within walking distance of the downtown temple, Legacy Park, Children's Museum and the downtown restaurants.

Enjoy an outdoor common area that includes a gazeebo, Patio furniture and pellet fuel Bbq.

This space is designed for travelig nurses or business professionals. Designed to provide: Daytime sleeping comfort. Blackout curtains. Remodel incorporated Sound Walls and is located far away from road noise. High speed internet, large fridge freezer is at least twice the size in a hotel. Induction burner boils a pot of water in less than 90 seconds. Microwave with a broiler. Safe and Secure. Security cameras w/ motion lights. On-site manager. Minimum 30 day stay no exceptions

I came to stay in this room for three months while on a clinical internship, and this room made the perfect home for me while in St. George. It is a small room, but it has all you need for one person. The Property manager was very nice and helpful throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Unit is small, but clean and has all the basics you need. I stayed here after starting a new job while purchasing a home. Kent was very pleasant and responsive. Any minor problems were taken care of promptly. Great stay.
