We stayed for three days March 2025 for the kids spring break. The property was as advertised. Beautiful and comfortable. Great mountain views. Property was clean. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Beautiful Home with a view!

This listing looked wonderful online but exceeded our expectations in person! The views were great, the space was perfect for our family of six. Very family friendly environment with the pool being a hit with the kids! Though we had close neighbors we felt that our little corner was still private. Very clean and well stocked. We absolutely loved staying here.

We have returned because the location is great, the golf course is enjoyable, and the restaurant is first class. Quail Corner is a comfortable, clean, spacious, and nicely, furnished property situated on the golf course with a grand view of the red rocks to the east. The kitchen is adequately equipped. The managers are readily available, helpful, and quick to respond to any problems that may arise.

We visited Zion and Brigham Young’s house. Lots of wonderful places to eat - Red Fork, Painted Pony and of course the Grille at the unit. Three of us played golf. The course the unit was on, The Ledges, was all of our favorite! Would love to come back. Weather was great! Temperature was mid 60s to low 70s.

The cable service is inadequate; appears to be PLUTO which does not offer much. DISH boxes in unit appear not to be working. Would recommend providing full cable as offered in other units at The Ledges.Overall we enjoyed our 2 stays at The Ledges and will return.

This one is major for guys on a golf trip. No espn, or sport only networks. Upgrade TVs Upgrade tv packages to sports packages. Both front door and side entry door should work with the same entry code. Must enter from side door. Only 2 bathrooms and common area bathroom very small. Did call twice about entry and no wifi but figured both out on our own. Would have liked a phone call to chk if things were working. Wifi had to be unplugged and such once we found it. Outside lounge chairs need to be cleaned off. All in all a great place. Very clean which is very important. Location awesome.

The Ledges

We loved our stay at Quail run. Apartment was spacious, comfortable, well stocked, nice beds, great views!We wanted a good pool and it delivered ! Pool was big, clean, enough seating in shade and sun, not crowded and just a 4 minute walk. We didn’t play pickleballs but there’s two courses.The Ledges is close to the north entrance to Snow Canyon, we rented e-bikes on the property and they were great and so much fun for an evening ride.No complains and would love to go back! Thanks
