Amazing house with not so great host
Overall, our experience with the house and its amenities was quite positive, and my family, including extended relatives, thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We were a group of twenty individuals of varying ages, and there was ample space and comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone.However, our initial experience was somewhat disappointing. We had inquired about an early check-in, for which we were prepared to pay the additional fee. I made this request a week in advance, but was informed that a decision could only be made the day before check-in. Upon re-requesting the day before, we were told that it was not possible due to cleaning schedules. We arrived at the house approximately forty minutes before the scheduled check-in time, and I inquired again, only to be told that the cleaning crew needed the full time. However, upon arrival, the house was cleanUpon arrival, the children thoroughly enjoyed the pool. However, the following morning, the pool appeared unclean. We contacted the host, who then informed us that an additional fee would be charged for pool cleaning services. As the pool did not self-clean overnight, and the host wished to charge us, we requested a phone call to further clarify the situation. Eventually, a technician was sent to address the issue, and the pool was subsequently repaired. Regrettably, the children were disappointed that they could not use the pool during this time.Additionally, the kitchen blender was not functioning. No replacement
