When you’re not enjoying the lagoon, unwind in the private pool and hot tub, gather under the covered balcony, or enjoy in-home entertainment like ping pong, four Xbox stations, a 2-person arcade, and board games. Inside, the spacious layout, fully equipped kitchen, and multiple hangout areas make it perfect for large families, reunions, and corporate groups looking for comfort and convenience.

With unbeatable amenities and full access to Desert Color’s resort pools, hot tubs, and pickleball courts, Sandy Beach Estate is the ideal place to create memories, recharge, and enjoy the best of St. George.

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon.
