  • We are located in the quiet, safe, and friendly neighborhood of Toquerville. We are less than 25 miles from Zion National Park, and St. George. We are just minutes away from Sand Hollow Reservoir, Quail Creek Reservoir, Red Cliffs Conservation area, and I-15. There's lots of opportunities for hiking, biking, and OHV trails. In additions to the numerous activities, we believe that our neighborhood atmosphere is a rare find. We hope you leave echoing the Toquerville City slogan: It's the People! The large master bedroom has a private entrance with a keypad lock, ample convenient parking, a comfortable queen size bed, a leather sofa, a 60" T.V. with Netflix access, and a beautiful master bathroom with double sinks, a large shower, and a jet tub. The room also offers a microwave, mini-fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker for your convenience. We offer a light breakfast of coffee (sugar and creamer provided), muffins, fruit cups, yogurt, and granola.

We absolutely love this property and the host. This was our second stay, and everything was perfect. It’s the ideal size for a couple — cozy, quiet, and comfortable. My personal favorite is the jet spa tub.The room is always super clean, and the host stocks fresh muffins, yogurt cups, fruit cups, and coffee pods for each day. Check‑in is easy, and the location is close to Zion, local stores, and restaurants.Truly a wonderful place to stay.

Cindy is an amazing host and very responsive and communicative. In most cases, she responded immediately and digitally, not in person, which gave us our privacy. This unit is attached to the owner’s house but has a dedicated gravel driveway and entrance for guests. Someone enters the unit daily to replenish breakfast items. The unit is spacious, clean and inviting with thoughtful touches like snacks. The unit is in a residential neighborhood so is very quiet. This was an ideal midpoint home base for us because we attended a wedding near Zion’s Kolob Canyon but also wanted to visit Zion’s main section. I also had fun antiquing in nearby Hurricane.

This was the perfect stay for my wife and I. Very quiet and comfortable, out of the tourist rush in the peaceful town of Toquerville. All the accommodations were wonderful; the jetted tub was perfect after a long day in the sun climbing the red rocks and exploring the beauty of the area. The delicious muffins and yogurt provided every morning gave us a need quick meal before taking on our adventures. Cindy was very friendly and responsive to any questions me might have.We will definitely be booking here for our yearly spring break trips, if available.

The hosts were extremely accommodating and gracious. They went beyond our expectations. Any requests and questions we had were fulfilled pleasantly and in a timely manner. We will stay there again if we were to return to the St George area.

This is basically a mother-in-law’s quarters within a single detached home in a very quiet little neighborhood well outside, but conveniently close to, larger towns like Hurricane, Springdale and Saint George. It’s located roughly halfway between the Kolob Canyons section of Zion NP and the main Zion Canyon. If you plan to visit both sections, its location could not be more ideal. If you value quietude while on an outdoorsy vacation like I do, this is very much the place to stay.
