Spacious and Comfortable Getaway with Awesome Amenities!

This comfortable, spacious, and fully furnished 2 bedroom condo is a perfect retreat for family and friends to gather. Warm tones throughout make an inviting, enjoyable stay with our large, soft couches to relax on after the fun you'll have here in Southern Utah. The large Kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities of home. We have a dining table that seats 6 for meals and entertainment. The large, master bedroom with a King size bed also has a private bathroom with a huge, updated custom shower. There is smart TV in the master with cable TV access. The condo is equipped with your own washer and dryer. Down the hall the second bedroom sits equipped with a queen bed and its own entrance to the private patio. There is a brand new large couch in the family room with a queen size sofa sleeper. The Family Room also houses two additional couches and rocking chair for lots of room to spread out. The smart TV has cable, and also Apple TV to enjoy free movies and entertainment. The large private patio spans all the way across the entire condo with 2 patio tables and chairs and a nice, relaxing, hammock in the middle. We are located on the bottom level so there are about 5 stairs to get down into the unit. We are not wheelchair accessible.
Right outside the front door is the Sports Village Clubhouse. Our amenities have every activity you can imagine from swimming pools to racquetball to mini-golf. Or come enjoy all that St George has to offer, it will not disappoint!
