Great Southern Utah Getaway

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Red Rock Vacation Rentals is great to work with as they have many properties they manage and are professionals at it. We had part of our family in this property and the rest in another RRVR property kitty corner from it so it made it very easy to spend time with each other but not be too crowded in one VRBO. This was probably one of the most well equipped kitchens we have every had in a VRBO. There was everything we could possibly need!

This property was very nice. It was great that every bedroom had its own bathroom. A map of the neighborhood and pool entrances would be helpful for guests if added to the information booklet. We didn't realize until two days into our stay that there was a very close pool entrance. We had been walking around to another entrance.

Property was as advertised and very well-kept. The home was in very good shape and amenities were very nice. The lagoon was fun. Kids enjoyed using the paddleboard’s. The only downside was extremely high fees. I feel like VRBO is allowing these unseen fee is an advertising the houses at a cheap nightly rate and not including the fees. I think this is a bit dishonest and needs to stop. I think we had over $800 in fees. This was in addition to the nightly rate.
