Welcome to Angels Landing, a 2,700 square foot 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom luxury home with spacious indoor and outdoor living for 14 guests! Named for the most popular hike in nearby Zion National Park, it is the perfect vacation spot for you, your family, friends, or a work retreat. Located right on The Ledges golf course, it has spectacular views of the 18th fairway and pond, as well as a stunning backdrop of red and white cliffs.
The home features flat-screen TV's in the game room, the living room, and every bedroom. The fully-stocked kitchen has granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. All the bedrooms have pillow-top mattresses. Recent upgrades include all new lighting, artwork, and décor.

The floor-plan includes two primary suites with king beds and private bathrooms, one on the main floor and one upstairs. The two additional upstairs bedrooms include two queen beds in one bedroom and twin bunks over two queen beds in the other. The home is spacious and private enough that it’s perfect for two families or four couples to share.

In addition to the large living and dining area downstairs, there is a family game room upstairs with lots of entertainment choices, including pool/ping-pong table, a Pac-Man stand-up arcade game, a board game table, and a beverage refrigerator.

The game room opens to a very large roof deck, where you can entertain family and friends. Gather on the wrap-around patio furniture while roasting marshmallows on the gas fire pit and enjoying the incredible stars and views of Snow Canyon State Park. Additional outdoor space includes a very large patio off the living room with an outdoor dining table and chairs, a grill for barbecuing, and striking views.
Angels Landing is the perfect place to stay for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Minutes away you'll find plenty of hiking, walking, biking, and ATV trails, rock climbing, and rappelling.

Amenities include The Ledges golf course; two pickle ball courts, two swimming pools, a community hot tub, and the Fish Rock Grille Restaurant.

Snow Canyon State Park is less than five minutes away, downtown St. George is 10 minutes away, and beautiful Zion National Park is 40 minutes away. The Ledges is a little higher in elevation than downtown St. George, and so its average temperature in the summer is 5-7 degrees cooler.
