「The host was inattentive. The amenities were poorly maintained. We reported a major water leak dripping into the kitchen on heads on saturday. A handyman came out on Monday but could only observe. The refrigerator was failing, we notified on saturday, no response till I called again On Sunday, the (very pleasant) handyman came on monday but could not fix. We lost most of our food. At my request, they did reimburse the cost of this food, I must acknowledge. There was no garbage disposal in this...
