"The property looks like and abandoned ghost hotel. It needs a lot of cleaning, both in the rooms and in the common areas. The staff (I only saw 2 in three days) was nice. I barely saw any other guests.The pool has no water, without notice in the website. The place could be very nice if it were cleaner and tidy. It seams investors have fled and left a pharaonic construction plan unfinished. The site states "under new management"... I hope the can revive the place."

"This resort is one of the best I have been to. It’s quite large but well maintained. We stayed in an ocean view king bed room on the fourth floor, which was clean and nicely appointed, so we were quite happy. Housekeeping specifically Tamara, decorated our room beautifully in celebration of our anniversary which included a bottle of wine. Very thoughtful, and much appreciated. She also made sure that our room was spotless each day of our stay. Thank you Tamara. Eating and drinking at the resort is expensive which is the reason for my overall rating of 4 stars. Dinner for two $120+ ( no alcohol included). Breakfast buffet for two $70.00+. My husband liked to enjoy a Guinness at the bar in the evening after dinner $13.00. There is an automatic gratuity of 18% added to every food and drink order at all restaurants on and off the property, and a tip on top of that is appreciated. Hence the high prices. With all that being said, this is a really lovely hotel with friendly staff and a great ambiance, and I would stay here again if I return to St. Kitts."

"Rooms were clean and spacy; resort was close to the beach with many bars and restaurants along the shore to chose from. Towels, padded chairs and umbrellas were provided for the beach at no cost. Taxi's to take you to Basseterre or other places of the Islands were easily available."

"We recently stayed at this property in Christophe Harbour and, unfortunately, it did not meet the expectations set by the listing—particularly given it is described and marketed as a luxury villa.To begin with a positive, the gated community itself is beautiful, quiet, and very well-maintained. The overall setting and location are excellent, and it’s clear the broader development reflects a high standard.However, the home itself does not align with that standard.One of the most concerning issues was the way amenities were represented. The listing prominently features a pool, creating the impression that it is included with the rental. In reality, the pool is located at the Pavilion and requires a 50 per person, per day fee to access. This was not disclosed in the listing, which also states that all fees are included. After we raised this concern, the property manager did provide a one-day guest pass, which we appreciated, but this did not resolve the broader issue of inaccurate and misleading presentation.There were also multiple functional and maintenance concerns throughout the home. Several appliances were not working properly, including the stovetop. The kitchen sink had drainage issues and would not clear even after using the solution provided. The dishwasher contained dishes upon arrival, and it was unclear whether they had been cleaned, so we chose not to use it.We were also told not to use the washer and dryer due to water concerns, despite these being list"
