"The hotel has an awesome location on Houghton Lake. But i was going late in the season and the weather wasn't good. The reason i picked the hotel was for the new pool and hot tub. I got there on thursday and the hot tub was out of service until monday. They said the pool was heated, but definitely was not warm.They also didn't clean the room. I later found a 2 sided doorhanger on the floor that you were supposed to set on the door to get your room cleaned. I like the hotel and the location and i will give them another chance. But i will dejinitely call closer to checin to see if hot tub is working."
