Welcome to this lovely cabin in Higgins Lake. The cabin is within walking distance of the lake with a community dock and beach. Ideal for Swimming, Fishing, Boating, X-Country Skiing, Snowmobiling, SideXSides, Hiking or Hunting. Ample room for all sorts of trailer parking. Inside, guests find two cozy full size bedrooms and a bright living room with a comfortable sofa bed. The bathroom features a refreshing shower, and the cabin stays warm and inviting thanks to efficient heating. Whether relaxing after a day of adventure or enjoying quiet moments indoors, this perfect retreat offers a brilliant blend of comfort and charm. Cabin was very clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated. Quiet area. It was perfect for our short weekend stay at the end of February. Short drive to Cross Country Ski Headquarters which is why we came. Recent thaw and freeze caused icy conditions that required attention for safety by both host and us. Flooring needs transition strips to prevent tripping.
