Beautiful resort, high quality accommodations, gorgeous pools, and five-star service - all around we had a beautiful stay. It is expensive but that's what you pay for an upscale, high quality resort nowadays.

The staff were amazing both before and during our stay. Anything needed or asked for was there in minutes. The room was beautiful and the amenities fantastic. We celebrated our anniversary and they had a chilled bottle of champagne in the room, a kind note welcoming us and a gift bag. The food at The Forum was very good. Location was great, as were the suggestion wineries.

Too many steps.

Too many steps - 4 flights of steps just to our room. Truly not for any one handicapped, or older, or who doesn’t like to climb stairs. The restaurant had just opened the day before - what would have happened if it hadn’t? Our room was very small and $1400 a night! On the plus side, the staff was outstanding, couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful. But the amount of steps was astounding! I understand the hotel had just reopened after the devastating fire, but we were not told that. The restaurant was temporary, as was the reception area. Truly not the hotel I remembered from 10 years before. I think the room rate was not in keeping with the amenities offered.
