“Room key card does not work. Ring the reception green bell. No one on duty. Automaticaly forward to voice mail.waiting for 3 hours. Cannot get in touch somebody. Move one night to other hotel. No compensation. Terribly bad service. Never stay this hotel. ”

“What a great place to stay at Manly. Pub has been renovated and the rooms were 4 1/2 stars. Clean fully renovated and ensuite. We chose a balcony room which had a small french style balcony. Great restaurants and bars nearby. Manly Boat Harbour was great too. Car park out the back, they aaid it has security cameras. Had to walk through the bars to get to the reception. Would stay here again.”

“Hotel整體上都不錯，靠近outlet及商場，只嫌房間比想像中少但乾淨，床褥太軟，對於某部份人仕不適合，廁所牆身及燈光都是白色，感覺像在醫院洗澡，價錢稍貴！”

“We stayed here for 5 nights during our trip to Brisbane. The staff reached out to us pro-actively to advise about the check in options. The self check/check out was pretty convenient. Kelly, the cleaning lady was also very cheerful & helped us with providing change for the laundry. The motel is located in an industrial area, so not too close to amenities.”

“The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and they were very kind in accommodating me an early check in. Close to the airport and were able to take me to the airport in the morning! Would stay here again in a heart beat! ”

“We are having a late check in on that day, the staffs are helpful and friendly. The hotel provided a stable Wifi and located near the airport which is really convenient with a free shuttle bus service provided. We have a quite satisfying stay there. The only problem is that the cylinder is keep leaking water and there is no ventilation fan, the hotel should have a renovation.”

“因訂了很早的航班，所以要找很近機場的酒店睡一晚，最後選了這間，因地點算不錯，對面有郵輪碼頭商場，食店超市都有，最好的是可以預訂車送到機場，一家人的車費是AUD25，十分方便！”
