Staff really helpful and friendly, they seemed to be happy to work there. The hotel was well maintained but had a rambling older hotel style layout. Location was great, easy to walk into St Helier for dinner or to visit attractions.

The best part of the hotel was the reception staff, they were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for these professionals, Hotel Savoy you should be so proud of these ladies. The breakfast was a buffet breakfast, fresh and an array of everything, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Our room on the ground floor was extremely clean, perfect for a one nights stay but it was a little tired looking in places. I would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was very good, a nice experience. Our room was really pretty tired, shower screen (over the bath) leaked badly, carpet in the hall was stretched and wrinkled. However - the staff were excellent, very helpful, ‘can do’ attitude really, really good. They made the difference between an ok place, and a very good one.

Furniture in our room was a little tired, toilet seat and hand basin could do with replacing, but this did nothing to spoil our stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and and always courteous and helpful, the food was excellent quality, especially the breakfast. Would have no hesitation in staying here again.
