The hotel was really nice all staff were very friendly and helpful . Very good breakfast, both quality and choice. Few minutes form Town centre , lovely sea view . Would definitely stay there again.

We loved everything about this hotel Perfect location to access the island We had a lovely room with a great sea view Breakfast was excellent with great quality and variety but the best thing was that the staff were so welcoming and friendly nothing was too much trouble We will return for sure

Excellent hotel and staff we where visiting for our 40th wedding anniversary as we had honeymooned on the island. We have visited on many occasions but our first visit to this hotel and would definitely recommend. Excellent position for the Battle of the Flowers parade.

The staff in this hotel are amazing , they couldn't do enough for us . Rooms were immaculate , beds really comfortable. The breakfast was amazing a full buffet breakfast both English and continental as well as daily specials. The only downside I would say are there are parts of the hotel which are looking a bit worn , and could do with an update . Other than that I would highly recommend.

Very enjoyable stay - the staff here are incredibly friendly and we received such a warm welcome upon arrival. Breakfast selection, dinner in champagne lounge and spa facilities are all great. Conveniently located next to bus stops and easy to access the beach from the hotel.

Lovely hotel in a great situation directly on the main coast road but quiet at night. Wonderful breakfast choice, friendly staff, really great food in the Tassili restaurant, very clean throughout. Good lighting in the bathroom with magnifying mirror, always good. Comfortable bed and plenty of wardrobe/drawer space for clothes, also really great to have a movable mirror in the bedroom along with big mirrors in the wardrobes.

Breakfast menu was extensive and very good. Can order from menu or is self service from buffet - the items in the buffet did not change over the 4 days we were there though. Staff were flriendly and helpful. The little fresh smoothies seem to run out very quickly and they don't replenish them - it would be nice if they did!

The staff were so helpful throughout our stay. The bedroom was lovely and the breakfast choice was unbelievable. We used the pool and saunas every day and they were never too busy.The location of the hotel was great right outside a bus stop which allowed us to travel around the island. We would have no hesitation if visiting jersey again to stay at the grand jersey

Fabulous welcoming and friendly staff. They really are exceptional. Great location right on the beach and facing the castle. Very clean. The food in the champagne bar was very good too. All in all a great choice, we will return.

Had a great stay here! I was given a room upgrade on arrival, which was a lovely surprise. The staff are exceptional and very helpful.The breakfast had a lot of choice and an al a carte menu to choose from. The spa area was also nice. I would stay here again.
