「The staff at the royal yacht were amazing, nothing was to much trouble for them, each and every one of them were polite, well-mannered and a credit to this hotel, the only negative I have was the mattress in our room was awful, not the best nights sleep when we were there but apart from that it was great, central to shops , bars and nice walks , food in hotel was great.」

「This was our first trip to Jersey with our 2 year old daughter. The staff were lovely with her and made her feel very welcome.
The reception, bar area and restaurant are decorated lovely. The room was a little outdated but it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, an amazing range of both cold and hot food options.
Good location directly across from the beach, car park was tight but we got a space everyday. Might be busier in peak seasons.

「 Superb stay at L'Horizon. Location is on the seafront facing a wide expanse of sandy beach. Staff are extremely friendly polite and helpful. Food is lovely and fresh (breakfasts). Spa clean and modern pool and sauna/steam rooms. Rooms well appointed and clean,daily delivery of (free) fresh milk and bottled water appreciated.」

Although the hotel is dated it has been really well looked after and run by Dee and James, its a shame the buildings owners wont invest in the upkeep and it is closing. 「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the quality of the service, cleanliness, bar, restaurant, food etc etc. The employees were great too. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms.
Whilst we were there, some decoration works were commenced indicating a recognition for ongoing maintenance is constant. The hotel would benefit from...
「Neat, tidy and spacious rooms with free full breakfast provided. In view that there is no air-conditioning in the room and guests must open the windows to get fresh air, the only drawback is that the windows are not fitted with mosquito screens.」

「The hotel was in a lovely location around 20 minutes from St Helier by bus. The bus stop is just outside, and the bus service is very frequent and reliable. All the staff were wonderful, and I would definitely stay at the hotel again if I revisit Jersey. 」
