very disappointed that having booked and paid for three nights at Cristina through expedia that when the the ferries were cancelled no consideration by either expedia or the hotel was given to me. I shall not be using either organisation again. You should be warned.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I feel the Hotel was a little dated in places. Be aware if you stay in Room 90, there is a lift to the first floor, but to get to your room you have to walk down a flight of stairs. The property was clean well equipped and comfortable. Very handy for the town and seafront with all the Amenities of St Helier although a steep walk back the buses stop close to property Parking outside was another plus
