  • A graceful property situated along the coveted Draycott Terrace in the eclectic coastal town of St Ives. This romantic abode is perfect for couples holidaying with their four-pawed companion. Sip a chilled sundowner and soak in the bustling St Ives atmosphere from a waterfront terrace on the harbour (500 metres), before sinking onto the plump sofa to unwind with a sweet treat and a movie.

    This sophisticated coastal escape features an invitingly airy interior with crisp neutral tones, artfully draped throws, cool tiling, and relaxing seascapes. Kick off sandy shoes at the door then pad into the open-plan heart of the home. Flick on the kettle then potter in the glossy kitchen whipping up a selection of locally sourced nibbles. Set the mood with your favourite playlist on the music dock then toast to your special occasion perched at the cosy dining table. As the night draws in, retire to the lounge, and curl up beneath the soft blanket on the sofa. Rest up in the bright double room complete with colourful soft furnishings. Really nice property right on the seafront. Lovely to walk straight out to the sea. Be aware that there is no parking directly by the property, there is station parking a 10min walk away, however as the food festival was on and this was full we had to park up the top of town which was an annoying 15min walk up the steep St Ives hills! The main issue with the flat itself was the sound from upstairs, unfortunately these lovely victorian buildings can be a bit suspect with sound isolation, and being on the ground floor we were woken up by cleaning, hoovering and showering of upstairs residents at 8-9am after attending a wedding we had hoped to sleep in after. Of course this is not a complaint as people are entitled to do what they want just a warning if light sleepers! While the space was brilliantly equipped, with cabinets full of equiptment to use, we also were only given a single roll of toilet paper for our 3 night stay which was dissapointing. As we didnt know what was and wasn't supplied with the property this meant multiple trips to shops to stock up on supplies.
