Sea Bre, Cornish for hill, has been lovingly restored and designed to present the perfect romantic getaway for two. Positioned in Draycott Terrace with stunning panoramic sea views over Porthminster beach towards St Ives Harbour, Godrevy and beyond, this stylish ground floor apartment also has the added benefit of a communal patio area at the rear.

Sea Bre is just a short stroll away from St Ives Town Centre with its restaurants, art scene and boutique shops. A real treasure of a holiday home.

The living area is light and airy and includes a comfy two-seater sofa with a large footstool, a smart TV and two signature leather bucket chairs where you can enjoy the panoramic sea views from the large widows which are breathtaking overlooking Porthminster beach, St Ives harbour and beyond.

The contemporary, chic, white, open plan kitchen is well equipped with a fridge and ice box, built in microwave, electric oven and induction hob, wine cooler, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine.

The large dining table comfortably seats up to four guests and is perfect for an intimate dinner or for that special occasion.

The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, which can also be configured as two single beds on request, ample storage, and views over the back patio area. It is tastefully decorated with accents of vivid colour yet creates a serene and tranquil haven.

There is a family bathroom with a double headed rainfall shower, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.

There is a delightful, communal patio area at the rear with a bistro set for two. A wonderful sanctuary where you can enjoy a glass of wine, dine al fresco, and enjoy the Cornish sunshine.

Fantastic views

Spacious and comfortable property in fantastic location with fabulous views. Some attention to detail needed such as lack of cutlery, crumbs on sofa and webs in bedroom, otherwise a great place with surprise welcome pack.
