Westholme is a first-floor duplex apartment with allocated on-site parking for one car. Welcoming up to six guests, Westholme is the ideal retreat which boasts both luxury design and comfort. Situated in the grounds of The Tregenna Estate a short walk from the Town Centre of St Ives, beach-es, galleries and restaurants.

The open-plan living kitchen dining space has been fully refurbished for guests to relax on the L-shaped sofa whilst enjoying a movie on the Smart TV. If family and friends are feeling competitive, they can gather around the dining table to play board games and make memories together after a busy day of exploring the coast. There is a fully equipped kitchen with elec-tric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, Ninja Food Blender, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and microwave oven.

The master bedroom on the top floor has a king size bed with ample stor-age. There is a shower room adjacent to the master bedroom with shower wash hand basin and WC. The second and third bedrooms are situated on the first floor. The second bedroom has a king size bed, and the third bed-room has two single beds, both rooms have wardrobes. The family bath-room also on the first-floor features bath with shower over, wash hand ba-sin and WC.

Access to the Tennis, Badminton and Squash Courts and Swimming Pools are restricted to non-Cornish school holiday periods. With a restaurant and café on site you are well positioned should you wish to dine close to home.

Access Statement – Westholme is accessed down an external flight of seventeen steps down from the parking to the apartment block. Followed by one flight of internal communal stairs up to the property’s front door.
