We had a nice stay. Everything was clean and in working order. The condo was decorated beautifully and the location to the pool was perfect!

Beautiful!

The condo is so well decorated. We were there during the rain and flooding, and it still provided a fun and cozy experience. The place was well equipped and clean. Wonderful remodel!

Not smoke free

Condo is definitely not smoke free. Came home with all belongings covered in smoke odors. In a very safe gated area. Clean on the inside. Beach/access codes at the club house are worthless, no keypad there. Pool was great. No hair dryer or iron as advertised.

Beautifully decorated & comfortable, but bugs & maintenance issues

The condo looks just like the pictures, including it was clean. The furniture was comfortable and the appliances all worked. We had several unfortunate issues that detracted from our experience. There was a water leak from the condo above ours that dripped water into our kitchen through the light in the ceiling. We found a cockroach in the cabinet with the plates, and a wasp nest on the deck that prevented us from using the chairs out there. We found these on the 4th of July and checked out of the condo on the 5th, so these were not resolved for us, but iTrip did state that they would look into these. Our experience not very great, but these may be resolved for yours.

We would certainly stay again

My family and I love St.James Plantation. The condo was clean and organized. The pool was within walking distance. The kitchen had all the basics. If you need Tupperware, bring your own. None available at the condo. Beds were comfortable, pillows were firm so we will bring our own next time, and lots of extra blankets. We had an issue with the washer, it would not finish the cycle. There were lots of wasp nests on the balcony. They said it would be sprayed for the next guests so hopefully no one else has any issues. Lastly, having the pool clubhouse and bathrooms next to the beach was far the best part. The new code for this year is 1345. The one they sent me was from last year and did not work. We will be back next year!
