  • The perfectly-appointed homebase for all your St. John adventures, Alpha welcomes you to the island in coastal modern style.

    An easy-access, ground-level entrance belies your private veranda floating above a canopy of native trees. Be sure to grab your camera to capture expansive, west-facing views and jaw-dropping nightly sunsets over Pillsbury Sound, St. Thomas, and Thatch Cay.

    Inside Alpha you’ll appreciate amenities normally reserved for luxury resorts. Cold A/C. Fully-stocked kitchenware. And space for four to six people to enjoy home-cooked meals while recounting world-class beach days.

    Whether you plan to sip Painkillers at The Longboard, explore sugarcane plantation ruins, or challenge yourself to reach the terminus of the Ram’s Head hike, with all the comforts of home, Alpha is a special place for starting and ending your daily St. John escapades.

Perfect!

We loved staying at Serendip - it was a perfect location, easily accessible to Cruz Bay shops and restaurants and to the beaches with our rental car. Parking was easy and always available. We really appreciated that we had beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, and snorkel gear to use as well as the dryer for our wet towels at the end of the day. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

we were very happy with condo and with our stay. steep hills and narrow roads are challenge but that's the price for the great views. we come from wide open spaces north dakota so we had some mental adjustments to make. great communication and no glitchs with manager Matt.
