Family Christmas Trip

We are a family of 11. Parents, kids, and grandkids. The home and grounds were perfect for our group. The beds were deliciously comfortable. The kitchen/dining room area accommodated all of us comfortably. The two dishwashers came in handy. Plenty of seating for nightly charades and games. Kids and guys loved the billiard table. The view was "to die for" from multiple vantage points, with plenty of outdoor seating as well. The outdoor kitchen was put to use as well. The ice chests came in handy, as well as the beach chairs - nice touch! Can't think of anything about this property that wasn't a "10" ! It helped make our family trip a memory we will never forget!

Wonderful home in St John

We spent a week with three families together at the estate. The friendly service and wonderful welcome was only outshone by the stunning views and perfect layout for our week on St John. We were happy with every detail and definitely hope to return!

Amazing Vacation

It was everything we could of dreamed of! The only wish we had was that we could of paid extra for heating the pool but they didn’t have a heater! The house was absolutely perfect and a magnificent compound!

Not to be missed.

This property was perfect for our extended family of 13 - plenty of room for all of us to be together, yet still have our own individual space. The only arguments were over which outdoor area we should enjoy for cocktail hour. Great views, family size pool, and always a beautiful breeze. The BookVI team was a pleasure to work with ahead of and during our stay. Can’t say enough about how helpful Brendan, Ashley and Dana were. Initially planned this as a one time trip to celebrate our parents’ 50th anniversary, but everyone loved the island and the property so much we’re making this an annual event. Highly recommend!
