An absolutely stunning and gorgeous property, perfect for 2 people with plenty of privacy and space to relax! The location is minutes from shopping, restaurants and downtown Cruz Bay. It’s also very close to all the north shore beaches. Couldn’t ask for better hosts who checked in with us regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. The welcome snacks and drinks were also such a nice touch after a long day of travel! 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in the perfect location with gorgeous views from the deck!!! Thank you so much for having us!!!

AMAZING place to stay!! Location was awesome - overlooks beautiful Cruz Bay, and minutes away from restaurants and entertainment! The property manager and owners were so attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay. They even had a gorgeous fruit basket, cheese, crackers, and bottle of wine chilled upon our arrival! The cottage was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We will definitely be back!

30th Anniversary

We so enjoyed our stay on St. John! Our accommodations were perfect for the two of us. Well nestled at the top of the hill in Cruz Bay. The view was beautiful easy access to downtown and off to our beach days and excursions. The villa was well appointed with extras we were not expecting! Our hosts helped us out along the way with recommendations and questions about the property. We would start our day with a gorgeous view, having coffee and breakfast on the deck, while coming back for happy hour to watch the sunset before we head out to dinner a wonderful way to spend your time, relaxing on the island. Can't wait to return and stay again! Thank you!PS.... the mattress could use a soft topper as it is a bit firm. But everything else was excellent!

7 days in paradise

we would buy this place! It was even better than our expectations. The villa was clean and polished. they met us in town and led us to the villa. There was a beautiful basket of food (wine,cheese, fruit, ect.) waiting for us. We loved the view!

Week in Paradise

The best of the best! Would highly recommend. Jenna was great meeting us when our flight was delayed more than 4 hours and took us promptly to the property. Patty and Marcus are wonderful owners. The villa is perfect for two, it has everything you need more than you expect. The cleanliness of the property is outstanding.

Honeymoon bliss

Just perfect and exactly as advertised…the property manager was attentive and responsive, the location was ideal with unbelievable views, and clean as a whistle. We’re definitely returning to the “Sweet” again.

Home "Sweet" Home

My husband planned this trip for our 11th anniversary. It was truly amazing! Exactly as described on the website. Upon arrival, we were escorted to the house by Sean. He gave us a quick yet thorough run down of the property and the island. It was very thoughtful and greatly appreciated as this was our first time visiting St. John. It definitely will NOT be our last visit. Marcus and Patty were generous host offering wine, fruit and cheese upon arrival. The property is stocked well with all things needed for an island getaway. One thing to be noted, is that the property did lose power, as did most of the island at times. However, the property has a generator that kept us powered up and cool. A huge selling point in our opinion. Thank you for making this such a fun and memorable trip!

Beautiful view

The house was very updated and the view is great. The drive up the hill and driveway is very steep just be prepared. And it is gated. We enjoyed our stay. The only think is the bed was very firm and we don’t like firm mattress other then that everything else was great.

"Sweet" Paradise!

We were fortunate enough to stay 10 nights at the "Sweet". What an incredible place - modern yet beachy, spotless and a great location with amazing hosts! We felt welcomed from the first email exchange after booking our stay. This was our 4th stay on the island and our first at the "Sweet". We won't stay anywhere else on St. John again. Thank you Marcus and Jena for helping to make sure our island vacation was all it could be! We will be back!

Simply Amazing!!

To echo every review written about this beautiful property, my wife and I totally loved everything about our entire stay at Sweet St. John. The property is so modern, meticulously decorated, and the views are simply breathtaking. Marcus bends over backwards to make sure you are comfortable with every aspect of your stay. He has thought of EVERYTHING when it comes to the amenities. We even had cheese, fruit, crackers, and a bottle of my wife's favorite wine chilled when we arrived. I honestly can't imagine a better experience renting any property. Book Sweet St. John with absolute confidence! I promise you won't be disappointed with a single thing! Sweet St. John Amazing

My wife and I stayed at Sweet St. John to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. The property looked great on VRBO and it totally lived up to our expectations. Marcus is an exceptional host and has an incredible attention to detail and gift for hospitality. The location was convenient to town and the ferries. This was our 4th trip to St. John and this property and this host made it the best one of all. I would highly recommend this property for a couple looking for a nice relaxing vacation. A+

Most beautiful property we have ever rented!

Clean, gorgeous, accommodating host.. Nothing was lacking! We loved our stay and did not find ourselves lacking in anything with this villa. Perfect location, easy to get to and close to everything yet quite and peaceful with an outstanding view. Marcus is wonderful and eager to share tips/trips/things to do.

I can honestly say this is a beautiful property! You can tell the time/love/care & such attention to detail that went into this place. You couldn't want or need a thing. Quiet neighborhood, great views, super comfortable, quick to town/food/beaches, etc. Marcus is a wonderful host all around - ask him about his ventures...what a fantastic story! Absolutely Wonderful

This was our fifth trip to St John and this was definitely the best place that we have stayed. Everything was perfect. Loved the setting - private, close to Cruz Bay and phenomenal views of St Thomas. The accommodations were even better. Everything was perfect and the attention to detail was amazing. Everything that we needed for an enjoyable vacation was provided. We couldn't have asked for anything more. And Marcus was the ultimate host - walking us through everything that we needed to know about the rental and the island. We couldn't be happier. Will definitely return.

Exceptionally Sweet

My wife and I found this place for the first time. In my heart I felt fortunate there were even dates open so I scooped them up and based my entire trip around them. The cottage is generally located up and out of Cruz Bay to the right side. After the roundabout, it's up a steep road that leads to a very steep passcode gated driveway. We rented a 2-door jeep to make the climb. I suspect you would need 4-wheel drive to help on the driveway if its wet but it didn't rain for us. On the top of the driveway is the beautiful standalone cottage along with a few neighbors across the way in another building. Far enough away but close enough to make you feel safe with other people around. The host stays out of view up on another level with different driveway access. There is a staircase up to the host level off to the side if you needed to reach him quick. The cottage itself was perfect for us. Words like clean, comfortable, modern, convenient come to mind. It doesn't disappoint. A few notes on the host Marcus: He greeted us at the Jeep rental location and guided us up to the cottage stopping at a couple notorious road locations along the way to point them out. Marcus was awesome. So many little details. Too many to list. He coached me on my biggest concern (driving) and had detailed maps with hand notes to help ease my concern. The cottage is very close to the Starfish Market making supply runs very easy. I loved the location and the cottage. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Sweet Vacation

I can not say enough about staying at the Sweet This is our second time there and there is not words to describe how awesome it is. Dealing with the host Marcus is awesome. He keeps the Sweet spotless communicates well and is very easy to approach and ask questions about St John The sunsets are to die for and the property is located in a great location which makes you feel very safe

Just a beautiful condo with a spectacular view. Everything about Constant Point is perfect. The location, the cleanliness, privacy, security, comfort and hosts! Can't thank Marcus enough for a wonderful three weeks. We will be back!

Ever So Sweet

Everything about this little "former garage" is UNBELIEVABLE. Marcus and Patty converted their garage to a 1 BR villa in 2016 and everything still seems as new and fresh as the day it was built. Sunsets from the deck are breathtaking. Marcus met us at the ferry and ran us through the villa orientation. We arrived to complimentary wine, cheese, crackers, and a bountiful fruit basket. It's not easy to find villas on St. John this wonderful created for a romantic vacation just for one couple. Don't miss this one. You'll be pinching yourself the whole time.
