Here's the translation: "First time visiting New Orleans, full of excitement. However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.

From the moment we checked in, Emily made us feel so welcome. The hotel is beautiful and room clean comfortable. We were able to park on site and walk to most things. Quieter side of the busy french quarter area. I dont normally write reviews so with that said we would definitely stay here again!
