Aside from some tiles missing in the pool, it was really well maintained. Really enjoyed the foam parties. The beach was nice, but there was a fair amount of sargassum. The buffet was good, lots of choices. Had reservations at each restaurant, not bad, but the steak house leaves room for improvement. Drinks were good, bars seemed to be under staffed at times. Food truck at pool was a great idea, just don’t expect a classic America burger, not bad, just not the same. All the staff was great, really nice. Met some wonderful venders set up on the beach towards the Sandals resort, especially Rhionna and CJ. Watch out for Omar, he likes to gouge you on his prices. 😆 We did the Catamaran sailboat around the island, FANTASTIC! Wadadli Cats, yellow catamaran. Ask for Winston, beach vendor, great guy.

Where do I start 🙄the Food was Horrible so were the staff not helpful at all. There was no top shelf liquor only Tito’s for diamond club members. On top of that I came here to celebrate my birthday and they forgot to accommodate my special day after they were informed about the occasion. There were no buns for the burger 🍔 the breakfast is HORRIBLE!!!!! The best thing to eat on the resort was from the coffee shop. Antiqua is a beautiful place to visit I just don’t recommend this resort for your experience I stayed here for 5 days

Nice property however, they ran out of towels quickly. They have small variety of food and too much pork. No island special fruits and such. Not enough activities or entertainment. During booking it stated night club but there were none. This resort is for the elders and not younger adults. Additionally we were given special Expedia bracelets for some access but were not able to use it. The cruise ship drop off point was at the resort so it made the sea dirty and not desirable to swim

I wish that there were activities to do solo. Kayak or something. I’m a solo traveler. Lovely area. Very well maintained. Food was excellent. Staff was fantastic. Everything easy to find and manageable. Very quick to service needs. I came in from a horrible resort to here due to lack of water, electricity. They got me into an area to shower and a drink in hand asap. Really turned my vacation and vibe around. Great pool bar, beautiful beaches and area. 4.7 stars. The behavior from a minority of the black bracelets (you wear red or black, black has a butler) was appalling. They must have never travelled or seen anything anywhere before, VERY obnoxious behavior.

The staff, especially our butler Kurt, and the hype team at the pool and bartender Ashlee at the Diamond bar were amazing! Restaurants could be difficult to get into especially at an early dinner time! Food in the restaurants was kind of standard all inclusive fair. The facility felt very safe and clean. The beds were pretty firm and could use some more comfortable plush mattresses. The beach was perfect, clean, and ample seating.

Overall the staff was very friendly, welcoming and kind, the hotel was clean and convenient with nice pool options and a beautiful beach. The only unfortunate experience we continuously had was the staff behind prepared food/drink (coffee, omelets, bar tenders) were not polite nor happy to assist their customers.

Was an excellent experience at very short notice and we will be back! The only thing we needed was a second blanket for the second bed, we called down at 7:30pm, but it didn’t arrive until 8:30am the next morning (morning of our check out). Overall exceptional experience- see you next year!!!

The bathrooms in common areas were not cleaned, the hotel ran out of beach and pool towels in the middle of the day, there were cups and dirty plates left by guests that were not picked up and staff were a hit or miss.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was pretty good for an all inclusive. Only issue we had was the 1st room we checked into was very damp and humid, was also on the ground floor by the 2nd pool. The room had a dehumidifier placed in there so we knew it was definitely a problem. They werent able to change our room until the next day but we were pleased with the new room. As for the drinks, best to buy yourself a bottle because the drinks are watered down.
