Beautiful, Clean, Perfection!

My two friends and I just completed a ladies' weekend at this property. Not only is it beautifully decorated and spotless, the price is so reasonable. It is located close enough to the Belt Highway to be very convenient to shops and restaurants, yet it is in a quiet neighborhood so we enjoyed the peacefulness. I have known the owner for many years and he is very attentive and makes sure everything is satisfactory. Lots of neat touches in the place, like the Amazon Echo, motion sensitive lights in the hall near the bathroom and in the kitchen under the cabinet. The decor is beautiful. We rented the entire duplex and the other side was just as lovely. I highly recommend this place!! Next time we have our reunion in St. Joe we will definitely contact David Sandy again!

Safe, Clean & Pristine!

Everything was wonderful, exactly as advertised and the host, David, is friendly, warm and engaged host. I was traveling by myself so feeling safe and secure was essential to me, I really appreciated this space for its security system. A couple of times I accidentally pressed the sos button on my key chain while pulling the keys out of my purse and I was really grateful at the speed of which the host reached out to make sure I was ok. I felt embarrassed that it happened more than once but it was very reassuring that my host was always on the look out for my comfort and safety while staying at his property. The space itself was super comfortable, clean and had a very fun and modern feel to it. Very simple rules for a win win experience for guest and host. If I come back to St. Joseph, I will definitely look to stay there again.

Quiet, clean and whimsical

This property location is perfect for a peaceful stay. The owner was very helpful and the home has many cute features. Turning on the kitchen faucet and it has a light, turning on the shower and it has a light, mood lighting in the living room, and a crazy big lava lamp! The back bedroom has a cute fireplace feature on the wall which you can put on with heat or not. The bed is comfortable. Downsides, When the heater runs it is very loud, intrusive to living room enjoyment. The shower makes a screeching noise the entire time you were running the water. Loud enough to be heard in the duplex next-door. The front bedroom bed was not comfortable and the drapes are light colored So if the front porch light is left on it lights up your room. 3 glasses in the cupboard were not clean. Which led me to run every dish through the dishwasher so I wouldn’t have to wonder .
