Great Alternative to Hotel

Visiting our kids in St Joseph. Older unit that is clean and kept up well. The only issue I had was the bed was hard for my preference.

Amazing experience!

David was an amazing host! Communication with him was extremely easy and he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. If we have another trip to St. Jo with a large group and need a place to stay, we will definitely rent from him again!

Nice quiet stay.

David was amazing checking us in and answering questions about the community and attractions. He responded quickly to texts during our stay when we needed additional information and suggestions. Property was immaculately clean and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Will be visiting again soon.

Cute Duplex in St. Joseph

Just a quick trip to St. Joseph to visit family & a little bit of business. This clean property had everything we needed for the stay. David even had a blender ready per my request (we're smoothie in the morning people). Very accommodating, friendly host and the property is in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood.

2nd Time Stay

We've stayed in one of David's properties previously and enjoyed our stay so it was only natural for us to pick one of his properties again. We were not disappointed. This is just like home away from home. We will stay again when we have the opportunity to stay in St Joseph.

Magical moments

Upon arriving in Missouri David and I stayed in contact until I got to the house where he gave me a thorough walk-through and let me know everything about the house. He was very easy to contact when I needed help with anything. The house was quaint and cute and perfect for me and my parents. I would definitely recommend staying there again

Much Better Than Motel

Nice clean place to stay. Most comfortable beds ever! Everything we needed for home away from home. Even a washer and dryer so I left with all my clothes washed. Would highly recommend whether on a business or personal trip.
