“Our room had a old-world European decor. Loved it. Breakfast was complete with lots of protein options. After 6 days, was hoping for maybe a change in the cheese, meat and breads just for variety. Also included are some hot, custom cooked entrees. Wifi worked well, but I did not attempt to stream. The bathroom could have used some more towel hooks. It appeared that there had been water damage to one wall and the wooden floor that had not been repaired. The Nespresso machine was nice to have. For……

“I received a message from the property owner that check-in was only available between 4 PM and 7 PM. Unfortunately, this posed a challenge for me, as I had a business dinner scheduled for 7:30 PM. Additionally, the property’s listing mentioned a complimentary shuttle service available 24/7, which I later found was not the case. As a result, I had to arrange for an Uber at my own expense.
Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, and I believe it could be improved for future guests.……

“Malta is an exotic place for me.
The hotel is located very near the airport, with about 15 minutes of walk. A taxi ride would be only 5 minutes.
But directions are not clear and almost all the buildings were closed and looked all the same so it was rather difficult to find the place.
The young attendant at the front desk was kind and polite. But his duty hours were between 6am and 3pm only. That means any one arriving after 3pm needs to follow the clues left on the door to open the gate and……

“Fort det første så har ikke dette hotellet egen resepsjon, du må dra til ett annet hotell for å sjekke inn som er 500m nedi gata. Dette står når du bestiller, men jeg fikk ikke det med meg.
Det er en god del sort mugg på badet, blandebatteriet i dusjen var ødelagt noe som medførte kok dusj hver morgen.
Heisen stoppet nesten hver gang jeg brukte den, noe som ikke føles så veldig trygt.
Selve rommet var rent og ok plassering. Sengen var veldig hard, men tror det er ganske vanlig på Malta.……
