If you want peace and quiet, don’t stay here. If you want good value in the middle of the party with good facilities and excellent cleanliness, this is the option for you. Under 30’s will love it. In all honesty, I wouldn’t stay here again because of the party vibe but I’m in my 40’s! We had 2 negatives, coffee and tea didn’t get replenished in the room without asking. Could’ve just been our housekeeper? And it is not sound proof as mentioned on the site, you WILL hear noise! Positives, location, cleanliness (shower was spotless when we arrived), roof top pool and staff in general really nice.

If you love noise & nightclubs and a young crowd around the pool & area then this is for you. It is a very noisy busy area & you can hear the nightclub music in your room all night. The cleaning was absolutely unacceptable – careless and disgusting. There were cockroaches in two different rooms. We hadn’t even had time to sleep in the second room before cockroaches showed up there too. That’s beyond gross – it’s a health hazard. We asked to speak to the manager, and he told us to eat breakfast first and that we could talk after. But when we finished, he just sat there chatting with someone else, fully aware we were waiting. That level of unprofessionalism is shocking. I couldn’t sleep for four nights because of the stress and discomfort. In the end, I had to cut my trip short and book an early flight home. I came here to relax on vacation – instead I got one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. This hotel is a complete joke. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Stay far away

Great location and comfortable rooms

It's located in the earth of Paceville, thus don't expect a quite atmosphere. I would suggest, if possible, to ask for a room at an high floor. Mine was 9 floor, room 904, and other than having a nice view over the city and sea, it was very well soundproofed. With window closed, you don't earn any noise from the street and all clubs next to the hotel.

Decent place to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Just keep in mind you are staying in the nightlife district and it gets loud and stays loud at night. They do provide earplugs which help massively. Only other minor comment is they used some sort of perfume in the room that was a bit strong at first. I recommend the room.
